Social Media Manager

Bring your passion and can-do attitude to this role, where you’ll be working with clients in boating, online retail, the marine industry and more as we grow.

Role:

  • Account management and client liaison
  • Develop and execute strategic digital, social and paid plans
  • Copywriting and content for social assets, paid campaigns and blogs
  • Content and social assets production
  • Work with our visual creative team on photo and video shoots
  • Oversee paid social and content campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimisations, and reporting.
  • Track, assess and report on analytics with recommendations

Skills:

  • You understand digital and social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • You’re familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • You stay up to date on the latest social media trends and developments
  • You have experience with Canva and Facebook Creative Studio
  • You use scheduling platforms such as Loomly
  • You’re familiar with simple on-device video editing
  • You can create social videos, stories and reels
  • You have strong writing skills for social posts and blogs
  • You’re confident providing advice to clients and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You might have an understanding of SEO
  • You could even have experience building simple websites through platforms such as Wix or Squarespace
